Raisin PieFrom The Files Of Adness Williams Crutchfield

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c raisins
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 12 c butter
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 3 or 5 eggs

Directions

1. Mix all together except egg whites
2. Beat egg whites separately
3. Add last
4. Pour mixture into uncooked pie crust and bake in a 300 oven until top is brown
5. The egg whites will make the top crust
