Raisin Sauce For Ham

Ingredients
- 12 c light brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 Tbsp grated lemon rind
- 1 12 c water or apple juice
- 13 c raisins
Directions
- Mix brown sugar mustard and flour
- Add vinegar lemon juice and lemon rind
- Stir in water and raisins
- Cook over low heat until thickened stirring constantly
- Serve hot over ham sliced Makes 10 servings
