Raisin SauceFor Ham

Ingredients
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 c broth from ham or water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c raisins
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 cloves
Directions
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in a pan and add broth or water gradually stirring constantly
- Add remaining ingredients and cook stirring occasionally until raisins are plump and mixture is thick
- Serve hot with ham
- Makes 1 12 cups sauce
