Raisin Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 1 c oil
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Shred zucchini
- Set aside
- Cream sugar and oil
- Add eggs zucchini and vanilla Mix flour raisins nuts and cinnamon
- Add to above
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans
- Bake 350 for 1 hour
