Ranch House Steak

Ingredients
- 3 lb round steak
- 14 c flour
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 14 c oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Trim excess fat from meat and slash edges of meat
- Combine flour mustard salt and pepper and coat meat
- Brown meat in oil remove the meat and add flour mixture that remains
- Add a little water and Worcestershire sauce
- Cook until thick
- Replace meat in gravy and simmer 1 12 hours
