Raspberry-White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 9 whole graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 bag 12 oz frozen unsweetened raspberries thawed
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Break up crackers into a food processor Add sugar and butter
- Process until fine crumbs form OR put graham crackers into a sturdy plastic food bag and seal
- Crush crackers with a rolling pin until reduced to fine crumbs Add sugar and melted butter
- Knead in bag until blended
- Pat over bottom of 9 inch spring form pan
