Raspberry Coconut Layer Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 23 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 c butter melted
  • 2 23 c coconut 7 oz pkg
  • 1 14 c sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
  • 1 c red raspberry jam or preserves
  • 13 c finely chopped walnuts
  • 12 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted
  • 14 c chopped white baking bar melted

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine cracker crumbs and butter
  2. Spread evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan pressing to make crust Sprinkle coconut over crust
  3. Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown cool
  5. Spread jam over coconut layer
  6. Chill 3 to 4 hours Sprinkle with walnuts
  7. Drizzle dark chocolate then white chocolate over top layer to make lacy effect
  8. Chill
  9. Makes 24 bars
