Raspberry Coconut Layer Bars

Ingredients
- 1 23 c graham cracker crumbs
- 12 c butter melted
- 2 23 c coconut 7 oz pkg
- 1 14 c sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
- 1 c red raspberry jam or preserves
- 13 c finely chopped walnuts
- 12 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted
- 14 c chopped white baking bar melted
Directions
- In medium bowl combine cracker crumbs and butter
- Spread evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan pressing to make crust Sprinkle coconut over crust
- Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown cool
- Spread jam over coconut layer
- Chill 3 to 4 hours Sprinkle with walnuts
- Drizzle dark chocolate then white chocolate over top layer to make lacy effect
- Chill
- Makes 24 bars
