Raspberry Shrub

Ingredients

• 1 pt raspberry sherbet
• 2 c orange juice
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine sherbet orange juice and lemon juice in electric blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour in glasses and garnish with rolled half-slice of orange kiwi wedge and fresh raspberry on skewer
