Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c oil
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cloves
• 12 tsp allspice
• 3 c raw apples finely chopped
• 12 c sour cream
• 1 c coconut

Directions

1. Grease and flour Bundt pan
2. Mix oil sugar and eggs
3. Mix dry ingredients and add to oil sugar and eggs Add sour cream and coconut
4. Add apples and mix well
5. Bake in Bundt pan about 50 minutes at 350 or until crust breaks away
