Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 3 14 c raw apples
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oleo and Wesson oil
• 2 eggs beaten
• 3 c unsifted flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c nuts
• 1 c raisins

Directions

1. Cut apples in small pieces
2. Add sugar let stand 10 minutes then add rest of ingredients
3. Bake for 1 hour at 350
4. Makes 2 loaves in bread tins
