RayS Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts or whole chicken
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion quartered
- 8 oz pkg thin noodles
- 12 stick butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder or granules
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg sour cream mix
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 c Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Cook chicken breasts or whole chicken celery and onion in pressure cooker or broil
- Cook thin noodles per package instructions
- Saute butter onion celery bell pepper poultry seasoning and garlic powder or granules
- Mix all ingredients together in baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles
