RayS Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts or whole chicken
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 8 oz pkg thin noodles
  • 12 stick butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or granules
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg sour cream mix
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 c Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook chicken breasts or whole chicken celery and onion in pressure cooker or broil
  2. Cook thin noodles per package instructions
  3. Saute butter onion celery bell pepper poultry seasoning and garlic powder or granules
  4. Mix all ingredients together in baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles
