Re-Baked Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 14 c chopped onion
- Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- 1 chopped green pepper
Directions
- Scrub potatoes and grease with corn oil
- Bake for 5 minutes in microwave or 20 minutes in 400 oven
- Test with fork for tenderness
- Wrap in foil and set aside
