Reception Punch

Ingredients

  • 8 c sugar
  • 2 qt water
  • 12 c crushed mint leaves
  • 2 qt iced tea
  • 3 qt orange juice
  • 1 pt pineapple or grape juice
  • 1 pt lemon juice
  • 2 gal water
  • 2 qt ginger ale
  • 1 10 oz jar maraschino cherries
  • lemon and orange slices

Directions

  1. Boil sugar with 2 quarts water for 5 minutes
  2. Add crushed mint Cool and strain
  3. Add tea juices and remaining water
  4. Add ginger ale and cherries just before serving
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fruit slices
  6. Yields 100 servings
