Red Beans And Rice
Ingredients
- 1 pkg smoked sausage diced
- 2 onions diced
- 1 pkg dry kidney beans
- 4 Tbsp Creole seasoning I use Tony Chachere
- 12 bell pepper diced
Directions
- Simmer beans in water
- After 1 12 hours add onions bell pepper seasoning and sausage
- Add water as required
- Adjust seasoning as needed
- When beans are tender start cooking rice Serve over cooked white rice
