Red Molded Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg cream cheese
• 34 c celery chopped
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 34 c nuts chopped
• 2 pkg cherry gelatin
• 2 c hot water
• 1 can applesauce
• dash of cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine cheese celery mayonnaise and nuts let stand at room temperature
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water add applesauce and cinnamon
3. Pour half of mixture in pan congeal
4. Spread layer of cream mixture top with remaining gelatin mixture and congeal
