Red Peanut Patty

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 23 c white syrup
• 1 c Milnot
• 3 c raw peanuts
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 4 to 5 drops red food coloring

Directions

1. Cook first 4 ingredients to soft ball
2. Remove from heat and add butter and food coloring
3. Stir until consistency of fudge Drop by spoonfuls on buttered cookie sheets
