Red Pepper Round Steak

Ingredients
- 1 1 lb round steak
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large sweet red pepper chopped
- 1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
- 1 c hot water
- 1 14 12 oz can tomato wedges drained
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 c water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions
- Partially freeze steak slice diagonally across grain into 14-inch wide strips
- Cut strips into 2-inch pieces
- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper
