Red Pepper Round Steak

Ingredients

• 1 1 lb round steak
• 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 large sweet red pepper chopped
• 1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
• 1 c hot water
• 1 14 12 oz can tomato wedges drained
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 14 c water
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• hot cooked noodles or rice

Directions

1. Partially freeze steak slice diagonally across grain into 14-inch wide strips
2. Cut strips into 2-inch pieces
3. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper
