Red Snapper With Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 c dry white wine
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 12 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 lb red snapper
Directions
- Rinse fish and pat dry
- Place in a baking dish
- Combine first 7 ingredients
- Stir with a wire whisk until well blended
- Pour mixture over fish cover and marinate 30 minutes to an hour in refrigerator
- Remove fish from marinade
- Coat grill with vegetable spray and grill fish over hot coals or broil 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes
- Baste with extra marinade
