Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 34 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 oz red food coloring
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 2 12 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c buttermilk

Directions

1. Pour oil into mixing bowl and add sugar
2. Beat until blended Add eggs one at a time
3. Continue beating until thick and smooth Blend together red food coloring cocoa and vinegar
4. Beat well Add vanilla and blend
