Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients
- 1 34 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 oz red food coloring
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c buttermilk
Directions
- Pour oil into mixing bowl and add sugar
- Beat until blended Add eggs one at a time
- Continue beating until thick and smooth Blend together red food coloring cocoa and vinegar
- Beat well Add vanilla and blend
