Red Velvet Frosting

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 8 oz whipped margarine Blue Bonnet or Parkay
- 1 c cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cook water and cornstarch stirring constantly until thick Remove from heat and let stand until cold
- Add sugar vanilla and margarine
- Beat with electric mixer until smooth
- Spread on cool cake
