Red Velvet Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c plain flour
• 3 c sugar
• 1 12 c Crisco
• 7 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c milk
• 1 bottle red food coloring

Directions

1. Cream Crisco and sugar add eggs one at a time
2. Sift flour and salt then add to creamed mixture along with milk
3. Add vanilla and coloring
4. Bake 1 12 hours at 325 or until well done
5. Use favorite frosting
