Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury peanut butter icebox cookies
  • 1 9 oz pkg individual Reeses peanut butter cups

Directions

  1. Spray 3 tart muffin tins with Pam
  2. Slice and quarter icebox cookies according to directions on package
  3. Drop one-quarter chunk into each tart opening
  4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes While cookies are baking peel the papers off the Reeses peanut butter cups
  5. Chill these before using
  6. As soon as the cookies are removed from oven put a Reeses cup in each cookie
  7. Leave in pan until cool and then place in freezer until chilled
  8. Remove from pan
  9. Keep refrigerated or in freezer until serving time
