Refreshing Strawberry-Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 lb raw spinach
• 1 pt fresh strawberries
• 1 small white onion
• 34 c sugar
• 13 c vinegar
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 12 Tbsp minced onion
• 1 12 Tbsp poppy seeds
• 1 c vegetable oil

Directions

1. Clean spinach and strawberries
2. Cut strawberries into halves
3. Combine in a bowl
4. Slice onion into rings and add to spinach and strawberries
