Refrigerated Pickles

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp salt
- onion and green pepper optional
Directions
- Boil sugar white vinegar celery seed and mustard seed and cool
- Wash and slice pickles
- Add salt
- Let set 1 hour and drain
- Optional
- You can add onion and green pepper
- Pour cooled mixture over pickles and put in containers
- Ready to eat in a week
