Refrigerator Confetti Brownies

Ingredients

• 3 c graham cracker crumbs
• 3 c colored miniature marshmallows
• 1 c chopped nuts or pecans
• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 12 tsp peppermint extract optional

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine crumbs marshmallows nuts and sugar In a saucepan melt chocolate chips and milk over low heat stirring often until blended smooth
2. Remove from heat
3. Add extract if desired
4. Set aside 12 cup
5. Pour remaining chocolate mix over crumb mix mix until well blended
6. Pour batter onto greased 8-inch square baking pan
7. Press down evenly
8. Frost with reserved chocolate mixture
9. Chill for an hour
