Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c shortening
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c light brown sugar
• 1 unbeaten egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mix sugars and shortening add vanilla and egg
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Add to sugar mixture
4. Fold in nuts
5. Roll in wax paper and refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking
6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
