Refrigerator Cucumbers In The Cold

Ingredients

• 7 12 cucumbers sliced
• 1 c onion sliced thin
• 1 small green pepper sliced thin
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp celery seed

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients with water to cover
2. Let stand overnight or 12 hours
3. Rinse and drain
4. Put into jars glass the rinsed and drained cucumber mixture
