Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lb potatoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp onion salt very important
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Cook drain and mash potatoes
- Add cheese sour cream salt pepper and butter
- Beat until smooth and fluffy
- Refrigerate or bake for 30 minutes at 350
- Makes 8 cups
