Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 lb potatoes
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Cook potatoes in salted water then drain
- Mash until smooth Add all the ingredients and beat with mixer
- Pour into greased casseroles
- Dot with butter
- Bake 30 minutes at 350
- Serves 14 to 16
- Keeps in refrigerator a week
