Refrigerator Mashed PotatoesServes 12

Ingredients
- 5 lb potatoes 9 large
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 tsp onion salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender Drain
- Mash until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy
- Cool
- Cover and place in refrigerator May be used anytime in two weeks
