Refrigerator Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 c oatmeal
- 2 c All-Bran Kelloggs
- 2 c Shredded Wheat
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 12 c shortening
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 5 c flour
Directions
- Soak the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl
- Add the egg and sugar Sift together the salt baking soda and flour
- Add dry ingredients alternately with 1-quart buttermilk
- Bake in 34 filled muffin tins Bake at 375 for 22 minutes Check center with toothpick to check if done
