Refrigerator Pickles

Ingredients
- 4 c sugar
- 4 c vinegar
- 12 c canning salt
- 1 13 tsp turmeric
- 1 13 tsp celery seed
- 1 13 tsp mustard seed
- 2 or 3 onions peeled and sliced thin
- cucumbers sliced thin enough for 1 gal wash cucumbers
Directions
- Mix sugar vinegar and spices together pour over cucumbers Put in refrigerator
- Do not heat vinegar and spices
- Takes from 4 to 6 weeks to be good
- Keep in refrigerator
- Pack pickles and onions in gallon jar
- This is enough for 1 gallon
