Refrigerator Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 1 stick oleo
• 12 c nuts
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 large Cool Whip
• 2 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
• 3 12 c milk
• 2 small pkg butter pecan pudding
• 1 Hershey bar

Directions

1. Mix flour and oleo then add nuts
2. Press into 13 x 9-inch pan
3. Bake 20 minutes at 350
