Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c lukewarm water
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 6 12 to 7 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 pkg yeast
- 14 c soft shortening
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water
- Add other ingredients Place in buttered dish and grease top of dough with softened butter
- Cover with Glad Wrap
- Put in refrigerator overnight Shape dough into desired rolls
- Cover let rise until light 1 12 to 2 hours
- Do not knead
- Bake at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes
- Makes 3 dozen rolls
