Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c hot milk
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 Tbsp lukewarm water
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 12 c sifted flour
Directions
- Mix hot milk with sugar salt and shortening and cool to lukewarm
- Soften yeast in lukewarm water and stir into first mixture
- Add beaten egg and stir in flour gradually
- Mix thoroughly but do not knead
- Place in refrigerator and keep dough in tightly covered container
- When ready to use let the dough come to room temperature before shaping into rolls
- Place in a greased pan and allow to rise until double in size
- Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes
