Refrigerator Rolls
Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 pkg yeast
- 1 c lukewarm water
- 2 eggs
- 6 c sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Cream sugar and margarine
- Add 1 cup boiling water
- While this mixture is cooling add together yeast and lukewarm water Beat eggs slightly and add
- Add yeast to cooled creamed mixture then add flour and salt
- Add only 2 cups of flour at a time Mix well
- Spray large bowl with Pam
- Pour dough into bowl and cover
- This mixture will be very sticky
- Put in refrigerator overnight
- Let raise 2 hours before baking in muffin tins
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
- Brush with butter when done
