Refrigerator White Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 34 c milk scalded
- 14 c shortening
- 14 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
Directions
- Soften yeast in warm water
- Combine milk shortening sugar and salt and add
- Cool to lukewarm
- Add 1 cup flour beat well Beat in yeast mixture and egg
- Add remaining flour beat well Place in greased bowl grease top and cover
- Keep in refrigerator 2 hours or until needed
