Refrigerator Yeast Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 2 c warm water
- 34 c oil
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 6 generous c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 34 c sugar
- 12 stick butter
- 1 12 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz powdered milk 1 c 3 Tbsp
- 1 14 oz baking powder 2 Tbsp 1 tsp
- 20 12 oz cake flour about 5 c
- 11 12 oz ice water almost 1 12 c
- pinch of salt
- 2 12 c blueberries
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar at medium speed until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla beat for 5 minutes
- Sift milk powder baking powder and salt together
- Add to mixture and beat 5 minutes
- Add flour alternately with water beating until smooth
- Fold in blueberries by hand
- Grease muffin tins lightly and flour
- Fill about 23 full and bake at 350 until done about 20 minutes
