Remp Eyek

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp coriander
- 6 cloves garlic
- 6 Macadamia nuts
- 4 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch or tapioca
- 8 oz rice flour
- 1 egg
- 12 c water
- salt to taste
Directions
- Grind coriander garlic and nuts
- Mix all together into batter adding 2 packages Spanish peanuts
- Scoop batter with a hostess spoon and fry until brown
