Reuben Appetizer
Ingredients
- 8 slices Swiss cheese chopped
- 8 slices American cheese chopped
- 1 small can Sauerkraut drained
- 1 large can pitted black olives chopped
- 3 6-8 oz pkg chopped beef
- 1 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix all ingredients togetherPlace in a 1 12 - 2 quart baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes
- Serve on cocktail bread
