Reuben Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 slices rye bread cut into 34-inch cubes
- 6 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 12 c Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 12 lb corned beef cooked
- 14 tsp pepper
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
- Arrange bread cubes on bottom of dish
- Shred corned beef coarsely with knife
- Layer meat over bread
- Sprinkle with cheese
