Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 qt sauerkraut drained
• 8 oz noodles cooked
• 1 12 oz can corned beef shredded
• 34 c chopped onions
• 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 c Swiss cheese shredded
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 2 tsp mustard
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

1. Layer in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish
2. sauerkraut noodles onions and corned beef
3. Mix soup with mayonnaise and mustard pour over layered ingredients
4. Sprinkle cheeses on top
5. Cover with seasoned bread crumbs
6. Drizzle melted margarine over top Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
