Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans corned beef broken up
- 1 small bag sauerkraut rinsed and drained
- 1 loaf dark rye bread cubed
- several slices Swiss cheese
- 1 bottle Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Directions
- Mix dressing and soup together
- Beginning with bread cubes layer all ingredients in a lightly buttered 4-quart casserole Pour soup mixture over all
- Bake at 325 covered about 1 hour or until bubbly
- Uncover last 15 minutes
