Reuben Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 qt sauerkraut drained
- 8 oz noodles cooked
- 1 12 oz can corned beef shredded
- 34 c chopped onions
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 c Swiss cheese shredded
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Layer in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish
- sauerkraut noodles onions and corned beef
- Mix soup with mayonnaise and mustard pour over layered ingredients
- Sprinkle cheeses on top
- Cover with seasoned bread crumbs
- Drizzle melted margarine over top Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
