Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans corned beef broken up
  • 1 small bag sauerkraut rinsed and drained
  • 1 loaf dark rye bread cubed
  • several slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 bottle Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and soup together
  2. Beginning with bread cubes layer all ingredients in a lightly buttered 4-quart casserole Pour soup mixture over all
  3. Bake at 325 covered about 1 hour or until bubbly
  4. Uncover last 15 minutes
