Reuben Dip
Ingredients
- 2 pkg Buddig corned beef
- 1 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 1 14 oz can sauerkraut with caraway seed
- 8 oz grated Swiss cheese
- 8 oz grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and place in 9-inch pie pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles
- Serve with rye rounds or cocktail rye bread
