Reuben Meat LoafMakes 8 Servings

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz can sauerkraut
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 12 c soft bread crumbs
• 1 12 oz can corned beef broken apart
• 1 large egg
• 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 12 tsp minced garlic
• 4 oz Swiss cheese shredded about 1 c
• 1 6 oz can tomato paste
• 3 Tbsp water
• 2 tsp prepared horseradish
• 12 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Rinse drain and coarsely chop sauerkraut
3. Crumble ground beef
4. In a large bowl place sauerkraut ground beef bread crumbs corned beef egg parsley and garlic
5. mix until well blended
6. Pat one-half of the mixture into a shallow 1 12-quart round baking dish forming a slight rim along outer edge of dish
