Reuben Meat LoafMakes 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can sauerkraut
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 12 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 12 oz can corned beef broken apart
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 12 tsp minced garlic
- 4 oz Swiss cheese shredded about 1 c
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 12 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Rinse drain and coarsely chop sauerkraut
- Crumble ground beef
- In a large bowl place sauerkraut ground beef bread crumbs corned beef egg parsley and garlic
- mix until well blended
- Pat one-half of the mixture into a shallow 1 12-quart round baking dish forming a slight rim along outer edge of dish
