Reuben Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb cooked shredded corned beef or 1 can corned beef
• 12 c rolled oats
• 14 c chopped onion
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp garlic salt
• 1 16 oz can sauerkraut drained and rinsed
• 1 tsp caraway seed
• 1 12 c shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 egg
• 14 c Thousand Island dressing
• 18 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Combine beef oats egg onion dressing salts and pepper in large bowl
2. Mix well
3. Press mix into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate
4. Microwave on High 5 minutes rotating plate once Combine sauerkraut caraway and cheese
5. Spoon over meat evenly Microwave on High uncovered 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts
6. Let stand 5 minutes
