Reuben Pie

Ingredients
- 5 slices rye bread crust removed
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c corned beef
- 34 c sauerkraut
- 2 eggs beaten
- 34 c milk
Directions
- Press bread into greased pie pan
- Spread mustard over bread Place cheese corned beef and sauerkraut on top
- Pour egg mixture over pie
- Bake in preheated 325 oven for 40 minutes
