Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

• 2 slices rye bread
• 1 Tbsp Russian dressing
• 1 Tbsp butter melted
• 3 oz thinly sliced corned beef
• 2 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 Tbsp Krissp sauerkraut
• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Brush one side of one slice bread with melted butter
2. Spread Russian dressing on other side of bread slice
3. Place corned beef on dressing put sauerkraut on top of corned beef and then the cheese on top of that
4. Cover with other bread slice
5. In a skillet melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter place sandwich in skillet and cook until browned and cheese is melted
6. Serves 1
