Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 12 lb corned beef sliced thin
- 8 oz can sauerkraut well drained
- 2 to 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Place corned beef then sauerkraut mayonnaise and cheese on 4 slices of bread
- Top with other bread slices
- Spread butter on outside of bread
- Grill in skillet or on griddle until browned and cheese melts
