Reuben Spread
Ingredients
- 3 pkg Buddig corned beef cut into small pieces
- 34 lb Swiss cheese shredded
- 16 oz can sauerkraut well drained
- regular size bottle Thousand Island dressing
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour into casserole dish and bake at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot
- Serve with cocktail rye and horseradish sauce if desired
