Reuben Spread
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 c cocktail sauce
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- 14 lb corned beef finely chopped
- 34 c sauerkraut drained and finely chopped
Directions
- Mix well all ingredients together
- Serve with rye crackers or rye cocktail bread
