Rhabarber KuchenRhubarb Cake

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 12 c sugar
- 2 to 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 to 4 Tbsp milk
- 12 stalks rhubarb 2 12 lb
- 14 c sugar
Directions
- Combine butter 12 cup sugar eggs and salt
- Gradually beat until frothy
- Add lemon zest
- Sift flour and baking powder fold into egg mixture alternately with milk
- Batter drops heavily from the spoon
