Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients

• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 23 c oil
• 1 c sour milk or buttermilk
• 12 c walnuts
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c rhubarb chopped fine

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in order given
2. Mix thoroughly until moist Pour into two greased bread pans
3. Combine 12 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter
4. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top
5. Bake at 350 for about 1 12 hours
