Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 c brown sugar
• 1 c salad oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 12 c finely chopped rhubarb
• 12 c chopped walnuts
• 3 c flour
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp ground allspice
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Beat eggs brown sugar oil and vanilla until thick and foamy Stir in rhubarb and nuts
2. Mix flour baking powder baking soda and spices
3. Add to the rhubarb mixture and stir until just blended
