Rhubarb Butter Crunch

Ingredients

  • 3 c rhubarb cut up
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c oatmeal rolled oats
  • 1 12 c flour
  • 34 c margarine

Directions

  1. Mix rhubarb with sugar and 3 tablespoons flour
  2. Stir and set aside
  3. Combine brown sugar oatmeal and 1 12 cups flour
  4. Cut in the margarine until crumbly
  5. Sprinkle half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  6. Pour the rhubarb over the crust and top with the rest of the crumbly mixture
  7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
