Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 34 c milk
  • 1 qt sweetened or unsweetened rhubarb

Directions

  1. Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Mix sugar flour baking powder salt and milk together
  3. Pour slowly over melted oleo Spread rhubarb on top of mixture
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
