Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1 4 c honey
• 12 c butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 34 c sour milk
• 2 23 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 c diced rhubarb
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Cream honey butter egg and vanilla
2. Mix milk flour baking soda and salt
3. Stir in rhubarb
4. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350 This is from Coppers 6-21-94 and is delicious
