Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c rhubarb cut fine
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 rounded Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp oleo
  • pinch of salt
  • 34 c canned milk

Directions

  1. Put rhubarb in pie shell
  2. Mix sugar eggs flour oleo and salt
  3. Beat thoroughly
  4. Add milk
  5. Pour over rhubarb
  6. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 or until knife blade inserted in middle comes out clean
