Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 34 c oatmeal any kind
- 12 c melted butter
- dash of salt
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 c water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 4 c raw rhubarb chunks
Directions
- Mix flour brown sugar oatmeal butter cinnamon and salt together
- Put into a 10 x 13-inch pan reserving a few crumbs for topping
- Grease pan only if you desire
