Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 c rhubarb cut in 12-inch pieces
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c water
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 c flour
- 12 c oatmeal
- 1 c brown sugar
Directions
- In an 8 x 8-inch pan mix the first 5 ingredients
- In bowl combine the next 4 ingredients
- Sprinkle on top of rhubarb
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
