Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • 34 c sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 4 c rhubarb chopped
  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 c melted oleo
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • Cool Whip optional

Directions

  1. Mix together the sugar salt flour and rhubarb
  2. Put into an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan
  3. Mix together the oats cinnamon oleo and brown sugar sprinkle this mixture over rhubarb mixture Bake at 350 until topping is browned and rhubarb is tender about 35 to 45 minutes
  4. Cool before serving then top with Cool Whip
